John Garza is recognized as one of the top lawyers in Maryland and Washington, D.C., with more than 40 years of experience across several areas of law. Education and admissions
Mr. Garza earned his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Maryland. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia, including the United States Supreme Court, and has numerous reported decisions in the Supreme Court of Maryland, the D.C. Court of Appeals, the federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Bar leadership
He has served in bar association leadership roles, including Chairman of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association and President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association, and he has been a recognized speaker at numerous legal education seminars.
